hoastnow Resident Terms of Use

By creating a Resident account on hoastnow, you agree to these terms. Resident accounts are a simple way to invite your community board or management to list spaces on hoastnow.

1. What a Resident account is for

A Resident account lets you share a personal invite link with people who can list and manage community common-area spaces (typically board members, property managers, or community owners). When they register through your link, hoastnow can attribute that signup to you for growth tracking.

2. What Residents do not do

Resident accounts are intentionally limited. You may not use a Resident account to:

List communities or spaces for booking
Accept or manage booking requests
Receive payouts, commissions, or referral earnings
Act as an agent of hoastnow or bind hoastnow to any agreement

If you need to list spaces or earn from bookings, create or use a Community, Management Company, Brand, or Referral account as appropriate.

3. Your invite link

You are responsible for how you share your invite link. Share it only with people who have authority (or a clear path to authority) to list community spaces. Do not spam, misrepresent hoastnow's services or pricing, or pressure anyone to join.

4. No compensation

Resident invites are a non-monetary growth channel. You will not be paid for signups or bookings that result from your invite link under these terms. Any future recognition or program changes are at hoastnow's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

5. Platform changes

hoastnow may modify, suspend, or discontinue Resident features, invite tracking, or these terms at any time. Material changes may be communicated in-product or by email. Continued use of a Resident account after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

6. Account and conduct

Provide accurate information. You must be at least 18 years of age. hoastnow may suspend or terminate Resident accounts that violate these terms, abuse invite links, or harm the platform or its users.

7. Relationship to other terms

These Resident Terms supplement the general site terms and privacy policy. If there is a conflict about Resident-specific behavior, these terms control for that topic. Brand, Community, Referral, and Management Company terms apply only to those account types.
