hoastnow Brand Terms of Use

1. Permitted Activities

Bookings are strictly limited to private brand activations, product sampling, photo/video shoots, focus groups, influencer dinners, or resident-only experiences.

2. Resident-Only Rule

At least 80% of attendees must be residents of the community. You must maintain an attendee list and provide it to the Property or hoastnow upon request.

3. Mandatory Insurance

Before any booking is confirmed you must either:

• (a) upload a Certificate of Insurance showing Commercial General Liability of at least $2,000,000 per occurrence naming "Kuhl Group LLC dba hoastnow" and the Property/Community as Additional Insureds, or
• (b) purchase instant event insurance through hoastnow at checkout.

4. Payments & Fees

hoastnow charges a 20% service fee on the subtotal. You pay the Property rate + platform fee + optional insurance at booking.

5. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit ($500–$5,000) is authorized on your card and released 72 hours after the Property confirms no damage.

6. Cancellation Policy

• >14 days before event ? full refund
• 7–14 days before ? 50% refund
• <7 days before ? no refund

7. Indemnification & Release

You fully indemnify and hold harmless Kuhl Group LLC dba hoastnow, its officers, employees, and the Property from any and all claims, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising from your activation or presence on the premises. hoastnow is a technology platform only and assumes zero liability for on-site incidents.

8. Content & Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with FTC guidelines, alcohol permits, noise ordinances, and all applicable laws.

9. Termination

hoastnow may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms.
