What is the commission rate?
Management companies earn 5% of the booking total on every completed booking across their attached communities. The rate is drawn from the community’s payout share at the time of booking and is paid out automatically.
How does payout work?
Commissions are tracked per booking in your dashboard and paid out via Payabli. You’ll complete a one-time vendor onboarding and provide tax information before your first payout. Payouts are processed automatically after each booking is completed.
How long does approval take?
Most management company applications are reviewed and approved within two business days. We may follow up with questions about the communities you manage or your legal entity details.
Can I add more communities later?
Yes. Once your account is approved, you can request to attach additional communities at any time through your portfolio dashboard. hoastnow’s team handles each attachment.
Who owns the community profile — me or the community owner?
The community owner retains ownership of their profile and listing. Your management company account is attached as an authorized operator. Either party can contact hoastnow to update the arrangement.
Do I need consent from the community owner?
